Remote Learning

Hague and Stewart Headlam Staff will offer Remote Learning for pupils in the following circumstances:

  • If whole classes or the school are advised to close for a period by Public Health England or the Department for Education.
  • If individual children are asked to self isolate due to a covid related reason, but they are still well enough to do school work.

Our aim is to minimise the loss of learning through self isolation for each child so that they still experience as full a curriculum as possible and are able to easily slot back into learning in school.

When your child is self isolating, please inform the school whether your child is sick or well enough to learn. When your child is well enough to learn from home, staff will start to set remote learning.

Please read our remote learning expectations for parents leaflet and take a look at our Remote Learning Policy.

Please look at the class timetable below and support your child in completing the work set.

If your child is self isolating, please log in to Google Classroom each morning to see the learning activities for the day.
